My Story

On 20 June, I’ll be taking on the Highland Fling Bungee Swing, one of Scotland’s most exhilarating adrenaline challenges.

Set against the stunning Pass of Killiecrankie, this unforgettable experience will see me launched out over a dramatic gorge, free-falling before swinging at speed through open air. Terrifying? A little. Exciting? Absolutely.

I’m doing this to support Big Hearts Community Trust, whose work helps reduce isolation, build belonging, and support wellbeing across southwest Edinburgh.

This challenge also shines a spotlight on Neuro Stars, which supports neurodiverse children and young people, as well as their parents and carers, through inclusive activities, supportive spaces, and positive experiences that help build confidence, independence, and joy.

While the funds I raise will support Big Hearts’ work more broadly, every donation helps strengthen and sustain programmes like this and the communities they serve.
